Traditional Irish Feast

Chef O’Brian Tomalin of Sierra Grille Fame serves up a traditional Irish feast, family style. Guests arrive at 5:30 to reserve a seat and then dine from 6-7PM in the Peacock Room.

MENU:

Traditional Lamb stew
Tender lamb, parsnips, carrots, and onions in richly flavored broth finished in a dark Irish ale.

Winter vegetable stew (vegan)
Medley of local winter vegetables in a flavorful vegan broth

Colcannon (vegetarian)
Traditional mashed Yukon Gold potatoes with leeks and butter

Green Salad with tarragon vinaigrette (vegan)
Arugula, radicchio, endive, in a light mustard lemon vinaigrette

Brown bread + butter (vegetarian)
Locally baked traditional brown bread

Chocolate stout cake (vegetarian)
Dark chocolate stout cupcakes with a homemade salted caramel center and cream cheese frosting
