
Ginger Love’s Holiday Menu begins with your choice of two favorite appetizers, Lumpia Shanghai or homemade Pandesal. After this, a light broth-based soup called Tinola acts as a palate cleanser prior to the two main entrees which feature several rich sauces, and your choice of protein. Crunchy pork rinds round out the dynamic flavor and texture profile. The star of the menu is a Christmas ham which is fully homemade and prepared over the course of five days, served with your choice of Garlic fried rice or Atsara (papaya salad) side-dish. Wrapping up the meal is a traditional dessert that showcases two favorite ingredients in the Philippines: coconut and Ube, a purple yam.
