This workshop is for beginning and experienced movers alike, as well as for any individual seeking a nurturing and healing experience of body, mind, emotion and spirit. Conscious breathing, gentle stretches, self-massage, and embodied self-expression are some of the mediums in our journey. Together we will work with elements of yoga, qigong, and creative movement to uncover our authentic hearts and soul purposes in a supportive community atmosphere. This experience also includes original music by John!
